Traditional Swiss with a Vermont Twist
Our “Traditional” is loosely based on the classic recipe of European Emmentaler and Gruyère, white wine and garlic. To make this recipe our own we will be blending Swiss Gruyere, Norwegian Jarlsberg, and for added flavor Green Mountain Gruyere from Blythedale Farm. This “Twist” acts as the base for all of our cheese fondues $18.50
Pesto
Our house-made basil-sunflower pesto added to the Swiss $19.50
Fiesta Twist
Our in-house salsa of tomatoes, cilantro, red and green onions, jalapenos and key lime juice blended into the Swiss and topped with Cabot cheddar cheese $20.50
Wild Mushrooms
Trio of Button, Green Mountain Oyster, and Shitake mushrooms from Tweed Valley Farm blended with the traditional recipe $21.50
Cider and Bleu Cheese
The Traditional with a float of Champlain Orchards Apple Cider and topped with Vermont Bayley Hazen Bleu Cheese from Jasper Hill Farm to stir in at your table $22.50
All cheese fondues served with an assortment of bread cubes from Red Hen Baking Company and a “Mini-Skinny” and are plenty of food for two people.
