Cheese Fondues
Traditional Swiss with a Vermont Twist
Our “Traditional” is loosely based on the classic recipe of European Emmentaler and Gruyère, white wine and garlic. To make this recipe our own we will be blending Swiss Gruyere, Norwegian Jarlsberg, and for added flavor Green Mountain Gruyere from Blythedale Farm. This “Twist” acts as the base for all of our cheese fondues $22.00
Our cheese fondue is served with an assortment of broccoli, blanched carrots, cauiflower and baguette from the Chubby Muffin.
