Experienced GM/Aspiring COO

The Skinny Pancake is seeking a seasoned General Manager/Aspiring Chief Operating Officer to join us on our mission to change the world by building a safer, healthier and more delicious food shed while creating everyday enjoyment that is fun and affordable. We're looking for a remarkable & dynamic leader with proven customer service skills. The position will start as General Manager of our primary location in Burlington, VT, and with success will grow into the COO Role. The ideal candidate will have:

* Extensive management experience in the food service industry, preferably in quality control for multiple locations   simultaneously and/or in packaged foods
* A track record of excellence in customer service and demonstrated leadership of staff toward this high standard
* Exemplary "people" skills for inspirational management of staff and close collaboration with the owners
* A tenacious work ethic & an inherent drive to take initiative, innovate & improve.
* A passion for supporting, promoting & engaging with local agriculture.
* The ambition, vision and capacity to contribute to a double-bottom line growth of profit & purpose.
* Experience with menu design, costing & implementation
